Isaiah and his mom, Kate, have fun playing basketball, baseball and football together when they are not reading. They love to travel outside of their home state of California and go to the beach or on walks when they are home.

Isaiah is an eleven year old student. He loves all things books including graphic novels, informational texts and a good mystery. Isaiah has been found reading in all the places - at the laundromat, doctor’s office, walking the aisles of Target, in the tub, on the toilet and even sneaking under the blanket long after the lights are off for the night. He is determined that this business will help him grow his investments for his future.

Kate is a mom, teacher of over twenty years and children’s book author, and owner of Kid Lit with Kate, an online course to help teachers and parents teach young readers how to read. She loves to read a good love story, a mystery, and always has a few kids books she’s studying as mentor texts for her children’s book writing.
